How to Make a Fast Insurance Claim
Who said insurance was time consuming? This quick story shows how quick claiming on insurance can be with an insurance broker to help guide the process and ensure the right documents are provided.
In January, we had one of the fastest ever claim outcomes at ARMA insurance!
The insurance client had damage to a pergola in their garden.
On Monday morning the client called ARMA and provided the supporting documents - photos of the damage and a quote for repairs.
The insurer agreed to settle the claim via a cash settlement. The client provided their preferred bank details.
On Tuesday morning at 9:29, the insurer processed payment into the insurance client's bank account. The money appeared within 2-3 business days.
The important lesson here is that the faster ARMA receives any supporting documents the faster we can have a claim finalised. We aim to resolve claims quickly and efficiently for the best outcome for all.
