Being appropriately qualified and from within the industry, my client is looking for its next phase of growth and development with the addition of this full time, Ballarat based, role to their business. I'm looking for an ideal candidate ready to go from the start.

A minimum of a Tier 2 Insurance Broking Qualification is required and a Tier 1 / Diploma is preferred.


Being in a similar role already, you know all about;

  • Having the authority to make decisions in the best interest of the client
  • Negotiating, selling and closing of business for new and existing opportunities
  • Building exceptional client relationships
  • Being a great communicator at all levels
  • Teamwork and cohesiveness

  • Working to your set KPI's
  • The claims process and what this entails
